DLIS is fully licensed in all areas of insurance, and has the ability to process any transaction in the financial world.  

To help you understand the risks you face with your project, DLIS charges a

non-refundable retainer fee. This includes all risk mitigation strategies as well as financial analysis of your project(s). 

When you and DLIS are ready to contract and move your project forward, you are responsible for 25% of the total premiums for the desired coverages as a deposit to secure the policy(ies) needed. This is refundable only if your project fails to close. The Deposit will credit toward the total cost of solutions secured through DLIS.
